The Zenmuse X3 Gimbal and Camera Unit from DJI features a 4K camera and a 3-axis gimbal, the same high-performance system included in the ready-to-fly versions of the Inspire 1 quadcopter. It can be easily mounted on the Inspire 1 without tools or used with the Osmo Handle Kit, a separately available handgrip that transforms the gimbal and camera into a stabilized handheld camera system for more versatile, ground-level shots. Both the gimbal and camera are powered by the aircraft’s flight battery or, when used with the Handle Kit, by a dedicated battery included with the kit.
