The DJI Mavic 3 Drone represents a significant advancement in high-quality aerial imaging, serving as DJI’s flagship model. It features a dual-camera system mounted on a 3-axis gimbal. The setup includes a 20MP wide-angle camera with a 4/3″ CMOS sensor, developed in collaboration with the renowned camera brand Hasselblad, and a 12MP telephoto camera with a 1/2″ CMOS sensor. The telephoto camera supports 4K video and offers 28x hybrid zoom. While the telephoto lens can be used in Explore Mode for location scouting, its main purpose is to complement the wide-angle Hasselblad camera, enabling smooth transitions between lenses for dynamic and cinematic footage.
